Overview Join to apply for the Legal Advisor role at INDIBA GroupINDIBA Group is a global medical device organization in the field of Radiofrequency and Laser solutions for the physiotherapy, aesthetic and veterinary markets. Revitalizing lives is what we do and our teams work to achieve this daily. We’re looking for a business‑oriented Legal Advisor to support INDIBA and its affiliates across multiple jurisdictions. This is a generalist in‑house role (commercial contracts, corporate, compliance, data protection, IP). You’ll join a lean in‑house legal team, working day‑to‑day with the Legal Counsel and partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, R&D and HR).What you’ll do Draft and review commercial agreements (distribution, agency, services, procurement, NDAs, partnerships, marketing, consulting, cease & desist letters).Support corporate & governance (PoAs, group projects, coordination with external counsels).Drive compliance initiatives (policies, trainings, KYC, internal controls, best practices).Provide GDPR/data protection support.IP support (trade secrets, designs, trademarks) and liaison with specialists and patent agencies.Contribute to cross-border projects, as well as manage/coordinate claims and pre‑litigation, and risk analysis.What You’ll Bring Law degree and 3–5 years’ experience in an international law firm or multinational.Solid background in commercial contracting and international work (multi‑jurisdictional stakeholders).Fluent English (essential); other languages (e.g., Italian/French) are a plus.Specific expertise with IP and Tech‑law will be valued.Strong business judgment, ability to simplify complexity and deliver actionable advice.Excellent communication and stakeholder management; proactive, hands‑on, organised.Good command of productivity tools (MS Office).What we offer Permanent, full‑time position.Hybrid work and flexible schedule.Attractive compensation aligned with experience.Fringe benefits (meal voucher/flexible compensation, BH Bienestar program, etc.).International scope in a multinational and dynamic environment.Occasional international travel.Seniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Full-timeJob function LegalIndustries: Medical Equipment ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at INDIBA Group by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
