What are we looking for?

We're looking for a business-oriented Legal Advisor to support INDIBA and its affiliates across multiple jurisdictions. This is a generalist in-house role (commercial contracts, corporate, compliance, data protection, IP). You'll join a lean in-house legal team, working day-to-day with the Legal Counsel and partnering closely with all the stakeholders across the organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, R&D and HR).

What you'll do?

  • Draft and review commercial agreements (distribution, agency, services, procurement, NDAs, partnerships, marketing, consulting, cease & desist letters).

  • Support corporate & governance (PoAs, group projects, coordination with external counsels).

  • Drive compliance initiatives (policies, trainings, KYC, internal controls, best practices).

  • Provide GDPR/data protection support.

  • IP support (trade secrets, designs, trademarks) and liaison with specialists and patent agencies.

  • Contribute to cross-border projects, as well as manage/coordinate claims and pre-litigation, and risk analysis.

What you'll bring

  • Law degree and 3–5 years' experience in an international law firm or multinational.

  • Solid background in commercial contracting and international work (multi-jurisdictional stakeholders).

  • Fluent English (essential); other languages (e.g., Italian/French) are a plus.

  • Specific expertise with IP and Tech-law will be valued.

  • Strong business judgment, ability to simplify complexity and deliver actionable advice.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; proactive, hands-on, organised.

  • Good command of productivity tools (MS Office).
