**Mission**

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tax Manager to lead and oversee the company’s global tax function. This role is key to ensuring full compliance with local and international tax regulations while driving strategic initiatives to optimize the group's tax position. The Tax Manager will act as a trusted advisor across the organization and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

**Functions**
- Review and submit tax returns for all group subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
- Manage the preparation of the Transfer Pricing documentation in coordination with external advisors.
- Design and implement tax strategies that optimize the group’s tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify tax-saving opportunities and reduce potential tax risks.
- Monitor changes in local and international tax legislation, assessing their impact and adapting policies accordingly.
- Lead and coordinate tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support to senior management.
- Act as the point of contact for internal departments, external tax advisors, and statutory auditors regarding all tax-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Legal.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of international tax laws and transfer pricing. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- ** Preferred Skills**:

- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- **Languages**: Native or high in Spanish. High in english.
- Percentage of Travel Required (Yearly): 5%
