About the role This department is responsible for providing analytical support and supplying tools that enhance the effectiveness of the Pharmacy, Mass Market, and Expert channels that sell their products to direct pharmacies, wholesalers, and large retail chains. Key Responsibilities : Analysis and monitoring of the commercial network's KPIs to facilitate business decisions and optimize the effectiveness of the Sales force (commercial activity, incentives, customer databases, customer segmentation…) Act as a business partner for the PH channel in relevant analyses and monthly reports (sales, visits per cycle, customer stock, promotions, commercial conditions, contracts, etc.) Collaboration in the maintenance and management of the main CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Power BI, SAP…) Communication with the sales team, Key
