En Housfy, estamos buscando un/a Senior People Operations & Labour Specialist para unirse al equipo de People. Esta posición tendrá un papel clave en la gestión de relaciones laborales, aseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo en todas las sociedades del grupo, mejora de procesos administrativos y soporte en proyectos estratégicos como integraciones (M&A) y seguimiento de KPIs del área. Responsabilidades Relaciones laborales: interlocución con la Representación Legal de los Trabajadores (RLT) y coordinación con asesorías externas en asuntos laborales. Cumplimiento normativo: asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales en todas las sociedades del grupo, incluyendo Plan de Igualdad, LISMI, PRL, control horario, entre otros. Procesos de desvinculación: redacción de documentación laboral y gestión de offboardings, garantizando el cumplimiento legal y la correcta ejecución del proceso. Apoyo en procesos judiciales e inspecciones: colaboración con asesorías legales externas en procedimientos laborales. Proyectos de M&A: liderar la parte laboral en la integración de nuevas empresas, asegurando la alineación legal y operativa con las políticas del grupo. Mejora de procesos administrativos: estandarización de procedimientos relacionados con nóminas, ITs, bajas, absentismo, etc. Seguimiento de KPIs: control y análisis de indicadores clave del área como absentismo, rotación e incidencias laborales, proponiendo mejoras y acciones correctivas. Requisitos Más de 5 años de experiencia en relaciones laborales y administración de personal. Experiencia en trato con comités de empresa y representación legal de trabajadores. Conocimientos sólidos en legislación laboral española y fiscalidad asociada a nóminas. Experiencia en redacción de documentación laboral y gestión de procesos de offboarding. Mentalidad orientada a procesos, con capacidad analítica y enfoque de mejora continua. Valorable experiencia previa en entornos de crecimiento, integraciones o fusiones empresariales.
