Job Description
Reporting to the Senior People Director and Regional People Lead, you will create impact within our People Operations Team, in the global People Department. We take pride in driving operational excellence and innovation across our European teams and in continually enhancing the employee experience through smart, human-centric and scalable processes.
In this position you'll contribute both locally and globally: supporting day-to-day People Operations while also leading international projects focused on process improvement, automation and systems integration. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Be the primary point of contact for HR operational queries, managing ticketing requests and resolving employee and manager questions related to People processes, payroll and benefits.
- Lead initiatives focused on process automation and efficiency. Contribute to our 2026 People roadmap by designing practical and cost-effective solutions that simplify and streamline workflows.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and manage offboarding procedures to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience throughout the full lifecycle.
- Administer employment agreements, contract amendments and terminations in collaboration with internal teams and Finance, overseeing right to work checks and re-verifications, and keeping all documentation up to date.
- Collaborate with payroll partners to verify and confirm monthly data, guarantee timely reflection of changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, job title and reporting line updates, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support compliance and reporting initiatives, including audits, statutory requirements and employee data reviews, making sure all processes align with local labour laws and internal policies while maintaining reliable data for analytics and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Over 3 years of experience in People Operations, People Partnering or as an HR Generalist.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements in at least 2 European countries.
- Experience leveraging AI and other tools to streamline and automate People processes.
- Advanced Excel skills for generating reports and People Analytics.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their third-party integrations for data reporting, accounting interfaces or benefits reconciliation.
- When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options, adapt strategies and find practical solutions.
- You demonstrate empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
