Implement prospecting actions to meet sales targets Develop and propose a commercial prospecting plan Maintain sales reporting and client information in the CRM tool Drive sales on new accounts Qualify client needs and involve Pre-Sales & Project Management teams depending on the project scope Build sales strategy and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams Draft contracts in coordination with the Legal Manager Coordinate project launch with internal teams and the client Organize kick-off meetings with the client and the Customer Success Manager Minimum 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager in selling marketing software solutions (Marketing Automation, Loyalty, ESP, etc.) Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and diplomacy skills Expertise in product marketing within long sales cycles Proven experience in B2B product sales Skilled in sales techniques focused on new client acquisition (hunting) Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales Knowledge of e-commerce, direct marketing, and retail practices Capable of rallying teams around a results-oriented project Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian is required A 30 min interview with Gwendoline, HR Manager
