About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a vital role in the customer journey from initial interest to potential purchase. Youll be the voice of a premium automotive brand ensuring every customer interaction reflects its high standards of quality sophistication and trust. You will handle structured follow-up calls with prospects guide them through their product interest and collect insights to support retailer sales teams. Every conversation you have will shape the customers impression of the brand and influence their buying decision. Your Daily Mission Engage with prospective customers through structured follow-up and support calls after theyve shown interest in a vehicle or service. Represent the brand with professionalism empathy and enthusiasm ensuring each customer interaction reinforces its premium image. Identify and address customer concerns particularly around pricing model preferences or purchase timing. Collect and document insights from every interaction to assist sales teams in refining their approach. Maintain relationship continuity managing both follow-ups and offer-related communications with the same customers. Ensure compliance with brand standards both in communication tone and service quality. Who You Are Youre someone who thrives on connection persuasion and precision. You combine a genuine interest in automotive excellence with strong communication skills and a structured methodical approach. You Bring Fluency in French (C2 / native level) and proficient English skills. A minimum of a high school diploma higher education in business communication or automotive studies is a plus. Previous experience in sales or customer service ideally within automotive technology or luxury sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. A passion for premium products and the automotive world. Professional discretion when discussing offers or pricing. Comfort with structured call scripts and detailed reporting.
