Technical Manager - Live Studio Operations We are looking for a Technical Manager to oversee and ensure the reliability of all IT, networking, and broadcasting systems supporting our 24/7 live studio environment. This role manages the full studio IT infrastructure, leads the technical team, and guarantees smooth performance during live productions. Key Responsibilities Manage studio IT systems: servers, networks, firewalls, workstations, streaming servers, and media storage. Ensure high availability, low latency, and optimal network performance for live operations. Provide technical leadership during live sessions, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Oversee integration between IT systems and production equipment (audio, video, control systems). Implement cybersecurity measures, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery. Lead studio setup projects, manage vendors, and evaluate new technologies. Train and supervise IT staff, ensuring 24/7 technical coverage. Maintain documentation and report on system performance and incidents. Qualifications Fluency in English. Experience with IT management in studio/broadcast/live production environments. Strong networking and server administration skills (Windows/Linux). Knowledge of AV systems, streaming technologies, and real‑time production support. Solid troubleshooting abilities in high‑pressure environments. Familiarity with monitoring tools, virtualization, and backup solutions.
