We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Service Administration team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. You will have the opportunity to learn how we manage service scheduling and billing, coordinate with technicians and customers, maintain accurate service records, and process service-related documentation. This position is part of the Customer Care Organization, located in Madrid, and will be fully on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be part of the Customer Technical Support team and report to the Customer Technical Support Manager. You will learn how we oversee and manage the technical call center and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication between our technical support team and customers.
