**Position**:
Business Development Manager, HPE & OpenText

Arrow's **Enterprise Computing Solutions** (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company that brings innovative IT solutions to the market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to the world's leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets.

We are looking for a **Business Development Manager** to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain who will be responsible for developing business with HPE and OpenText portfolio.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Recruiting new customers to our partner network and identifying new business opportunities,
- Understand HPE's and OpenText's expectations, strategy, critical success factors, and go-to-market principles,
- Working closely and cooperating with assigned vendors and Arrow's internal teams,
- Providing technical knowledge and expertise of your portfolio,
- Driving activities that enable our teams to reach their revenue goals,
- Creating PoCs (proof of concepts) within the real customers environment with the technical solutions from your portfolio.

**What we are looking for?**
- IT sales experience and technical understanding of the solutions,
- Experience in IT distribution and partner management,
- Public speaking and/or presentation skills,
- Strong assessment/prioritization skills, Native or Proficient Spanish speaker and good level of English.
