Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Consultant focused on the Spanish market. The role can be based either in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao) or in France (St.-Denis) with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and opening the Spanish market for our Bluebeam solution. You will be developing and maintaining client relationships, creating strategic business plans, and starting the Spanish Business Unit for our Bluebeam solution. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include identifying and acquiring new leads, conducting consulting sessions to understand client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities in the Spanish market. Strong Consulting skills to understand client needs and provide solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Competency in Business Planning to effectively strategize, forecast, and meet revenue growth objectives. Proficiency in Spanish is required as well as in English. Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with technological solutions provided by global leaders like Autodesk, Bluebeam, or Trimble is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
