**Are you looking to build a career in International Business Development and Client Management?**

We are currently looking for a proactive and ambitious **Business Development & Client Management Intern** to help us and our clients continue to grow. You will work on multiple projects with companies around the world in a fast-paced, international environment. We partner with high-growth startups, scale-ups, and established SMEs in the food, retail, and education sectors.

You will work closely with the Project Director and our Support Team on different projects, supporting our business development activities while gaining hands-on commercial experience. Tasks will be varied and depend on the specific needs of each project.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the development of business pipelines (CRM update, lead tracking, opportunity management)
- Assist in identifying and prospecting new leads across international markets
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
- Support in the preparation of commercial materials (presentations, proposals, one-pagers)
- Assist in sending and following up on client communications after meetings
- Prepare and deliver regular business reports
- Help coordinate the logistics of client meetings and events
- Provide market and client insights to support strategic decisions
- Monitor trends and gather competitive intelligence
- Support the coordination and execution of commercial activation campaigns
- Event organisation and Trade Shows

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Final-year undergraduate student or master’s student in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong interest in business development, client management, and international markets
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong appetite to learn
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Analytical mindset: ability to use data and insights to support decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in your work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Previous internship experience in a commercial environment is a plus

**OFFER**:

- **Start date**: To be agreed (flexible)
- **Internship duration**: 3- 6 months
- **Work schedule**: Part-time (5 hours/day - flexible)
- **Work mode**: Mainly remote, with periodic online team meetings
