We strategically invest in top-tier enterprises across the photovoltaic (PV) industry ecosystem, driving innovation and sustainable solutions across global markets.Position Purpose:To develop and grow sales of PV solutions in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment , focusing on the commercialization of solar modules , building long-term B2B customer relationships and strengthening the company’s market position and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a portfolio of C&I customers (companies, industrial clients, EPCs, installers, engineering firms,..).Actively sell solar PV module , providing technical and commercial advice tailored to customer needs.Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.Prepare commercial offers and techno-economic proposals , in coordination with the technical team.Manage the sales pipeline and close deals.Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments.Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings.Coordinate with logistics, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and results.Requirements:EducationTechnical or university degree (Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial, Business, or similar).Specific training in solar photovoltaic energy is an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of commercial experience in the solar PV sectorProven experience in selling solar modulesStrong knowledge of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) marketExperience working with B2B customers, EPCs, installers, or engineering firmsTechnical KnowledgeBasic understanding of self-consumption, PPAsGeneral knowledge of system design and performanceExperience using CRM systems and sales reporting toolsStrong results-driven mindset and closing abilityExcellent negotiation and key
