Our client develops, produces and distributes technology-leading solutions for the mobility and machinery industry, with activities focused on railway rolling stock, machine tools and packaging machines, and extend into automotive and marine engines and mobile work machines.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute a sales strategy for the Spanish market.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive networking.Manage and grow relationships with existing clients transferred from the head office.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication and support.Collaborate with headquarters on key projects and large opportunities while driving day-to-day customer support locally.Provide technical product expertise.Conduct customer training, draft custom solutions and present tailored proposals.Support clients through the full sales cycle, from initial proposal to contract management and after-sales support.Process orders, manage contracts and oversee proper documentation and compliance.Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery with support from the head office.Assist in recruiting and mentoring additional team members as the business grows.Collaborate with management to expand responsibilities into Portugal and potentially South America.RequirementsProven experience in consultative sales, business development or key
