Overview GMV Tres Cantos, Community of Madrid, Spain Join to apply for the VIP Support Technician (Cisco Videoconferencing, Microsoft) role at GMV . We are an engineering and innovation company working in various sectors, including ICT, delivering on-site and remote support to VIP users while managing Cisco videoconferencing systems and assisting with Microsoft environments. There are opportunities to participate in cybersecurity projects involving networks and firewalls. Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote support to VIP users. Manage and maintain Cisco videoconferencing systems. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve incidents in Microsoft environments. Participate in projects related to cybersecurity involving networks and firewalls. Qualifications Cisco videoconferencing systems: installation, configuration and support in executive environments. Resolution of hardware and software incidents in the workplace (e.g., laptops, peripherals, printers). Knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows, Office 365, Outlook, Teams and basic Active Directory management. Basic knowledge of LAN/WiFi networks and firewalls. Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools for incident management and tracking. High level of English, both spoken and written.
