From the Tech Support area of Sanoma Educación (Santillana) we are looking for an** Educational Technology Technician** to be part of the team involved in research, support, training, and distribution in our digital content and services.

As a member of the Regional Technology Center team within Sanoma Learning Technology, you will report to the Tech Support Team Lead. The team is based in Spain where Sanoma Learning has an operating company. This result-oriented team works with a high degree of independence and responsibility. You will work with professional colleagues in an informal, dynamic, pleasant working atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:
What you'll do:

- participating in internal R+D+i program in educational technology and testing of digital classroom equipment
- giving technical support and training to internal customers (commercial representatives of prescription) and external customers (prescribers) on the operation of our educational products and digital content
- managing the web stores, where Santillana's digital content and services are commercialized
- communicating with our internal production team and external suppliers

**Requirements**:

- higher vocational training in an area related to computer science.
- knowledge of mobile technologies, e-learning, web technology, (SCORM, MARSUPIAL), HTML, Javascript, etc.
- communication skills, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- spoken and written use of English, in addition to Spanish.
