This role concentrates on printing management and the eCommerce area. At first in Santillana area, but then later to all Sanoma Learning companies.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will:

- Be a bridge between business and technology together with Product Owner.
- Guide a small team in implementing specific user features and ensure the agile methodology in place is applied.
- Contribute to the planning by providing estimation of effort, timescale and resources required for the successful completion of the development process.
- Provide assistance and/or support in the resolution of production issues (3rd line).

**Requirements**:

- Experience in business analysis and gathering user requirements.
- Experience in writing qualitative functional analyses and producing structured documentation (UML diagrams, Use Cases, Mock-ups, etc.).
- Ability to define and analyze the business and technical requirements.
- Experience working in an international/multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- In-depth knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
- Ability to give high-level presentations.
