Get in charge with Wallbox The Role The Head of Controlling is responsible for ensuring strong financial performance, transparency, and reliable financial insights across the Group. This role supports business decision‑making through planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while ensuring financial discipline and consistency. You Will Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning. Act as a finance business partner to senior management. Analyze performance (P&L, margins, costs, KPIs) and identify risks and opportunities. Deliver clear and timely management reporting and financial insights. Monitor costs, margins, and efficiency across products and business units. Improve financial processes, tools, and data quality. Lead and develop the Controlling team. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Controlling or Finance, including leadership roles. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Experience in multinational environments. Solid knowledge of P&L, cost control, and financial analysis. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
