**What we are looking for?**

Reporting to the COO, we are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the financial practice of our company and ensure we use capital and resources efficiently. Head of Finance responsibilities include creating budgeting models, controlling cash and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting corporate finance strategies and managing complex accounting operations. Ultimately, you will maintain our company’s financial health and increase profitability in the long run.

**What will you do?**
- Act as the main stakeholder in the financial area with the rest of the company business units (operations, product, marketing)
- Lead monthly, quarterly, annual budgeting and financial reporting processes
- Own the company model and drive forecast accuracy, visibility and quality improvements across financial statements (P&L, cash and balance sheet)
- Define KPIs that reflect the overall finance team’s productivity and use them to constantly identify areas of improvement
- Be the go-to person for all financing activities (debt, equity) and build & execute plans
- Define and relentlessly implement automation initiatives to ensure the scalability of the accounting operations
- Be creative and proactive in sourcing tech tools to increase the quality and accuracy of critical financial processes
- Implement an obsessive cash-flow management practice at both short and mid term horizons
- Partner with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure our company’s perfect compliance with regulations
- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
- Suggest and lead cost-optimization initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, FP&A Manager or similar role at a scale-up or fast-growing company
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
- Previous experience in audit, investment banking or transaction services
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Previous experience in setting up accounting software (Netsuite-Oracle is a plus)
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Leadership abilities
