**THE POSITION**:
We are looking for a highly accurate head of finance to oversee all financial activities of Reloadly, forecast financial results, manage budgets and conduct risk management.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned:

- ensuring the best financial strategy for the company
- managing financial tasks
- Ensuring that finances are used beneficially
- Ensuring that investiments and finances comply with international regulations
- Ensuring Cap table management
- To lead finance rounds
- To lead Investors reporting
- Esop plans, audits and financial reporting

Required
**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proven 10-12experience as a head of finance or a similar position
- Solid understanding of financial management and accounting
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Effective leadership qualities

. Experience leading with investors and preparing financing rounds.
- Organised & able to handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Experienced working effectively with globally distributed teams & stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to communicate sophisticated information in a manner that can be understood by varied audiences.
- This role will require international travel
- The role holder is expected to demonstrate outstanding leadership, and to be a strong influencer who can bring people and teams together around common goals.
- The role holder will have an ability to bring structure and order to ambiguous situations and problems, and will be able to design technology solutions to solve complex business issues and / or client requirements.
- The role holder will be commercially astute, and confident in commercial negotiations.
