Descripción del puesto: Como Medical Representative, serás un enlace clave entre la empresa y los profesionales de la salud visual (oftalmólogos, clínicas privadas, hospitales y ópticos seleccionados). Tu misión será difundir información científica y técnica sobre productos innovadores que mejoran la calidad de vida de los pacientes, con especial énfasis en áreas como miopía, presbicia, gestión de la luz y equipos de refracción. Responsabilidades principales: Promocionar productos y servicios avanzados a oftalmólogos, optometristas y otros profesionales del sector salud mediante visitas de campo, formación, y participación en eventos médicos. Ofrecer apoyo técnico y educación médica para garantizar el uso adecuado de las soluciones ofrecidas, contribuyendo a mejorar los resultados de los pacientes. Desarrollar relaciones profesionales sólidas con oftalmólogos, pediatras y otros especialistas. Planificar y ejecutar actividades de promoción, incluyendo conferencias, simposios, y congresos tanto a nivel nacional como local. Realizar un seguimiento del impacto de las actividades educativas, ajustando las acciones si es necesario para maximizar la efectividad. Qué buscamos en ti: Formación: Licenciatura o Máster en Óptica, con más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas en consulta o en la industria. Habilidades: Excelentes competencias comunicativas e interpersonales, capacidad de liderazgo, autonomía, orientación a resultados, y habilidades para negociar y persuadir. Idiomas: Español nativo y nivel First Certificate de inglés (mínimo).
