Inbound Sales Development Representative – UK market (f/m/d)We’re building Europe’s leading workplace intelligence platform. After our Series B, we’re scaling fast and you’ll be joining at an exciting early stage. As an inbound SDR working on the UK & US market, you’ll be the first touchpoint for our future customers, learn world‑class GTM fundamentals, and open the doors that drive our next phase of growth.This is a hybrid role with three days per week in our Barcelona hub . You’ll begin your journey as an SDR, learning the product, speaking with potential customers, and qualifying their needs. From there, you’ll grow into a BDR role, developing your outbound skills and mastering proactive prospecting. As you progress, you’ll move into a Sales role, taking on greater responsibility and focusing on closing deals and driving revenue.Rapidly qualify inbound leads and convert them into high‑quality meetingsEngage prospects with clarity, curiosity, and professionalism (100+ dials per day)Improve speed‑to‑lead by quickly engaging inbound prospectsCollaborate closely with AEs to ensure the right handover and meeting qualityPlay a key role in accelerating our growth in the UK & US market.Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and contribute to a predictable pipeline engineWhat You BringExperience in SaaS or as an SDR is beneficial, but we’re equally excited to meet driven graduates ready to break into salesSmart, motivated, and eager to learn the foundations of B2B SaaS sellingA natural curiosity and willingness to grow rapidly in a fast‑paced environmentInterest in launching a long‑term career in salesBased in Barcelona, or willing to relocate.Clear and accelerated career progression from SDR → BDR →
