Buscamos a alguien que proteja, haga crecer y profesionalice la relación con los clientes más relevantes.El rol combina gestión estratégica, coordinación técnica y mentalidad Hunter para upsell y cross-sell . Serás la voz experta y firme de Ebolution ante el cliente, marcando límites cuando haga falta y sosteniendo relaciones de largo recorrido.Gestión estratégica de cuentasLiderar un portfolio de clientes B2B con facturación recurrente.Impulso comercial (Upsell & Cross-sell)Detectar oportunidades de crecimiento y liderar propuestas de evolutivos, mejoras funcionales e integraciones.Mantener un pipeline claro de oportunidades dentro de cada cliente.#Traducir las necesidades del cliente en requerimientos claros y sostenibles.Control y reportingRealizar seguimiento regular de hitos, riesgos y performance.Preparar informes ejecutivos y presentarlos a perfiles C-level.Gestionar herramientas como Pipedrive, Notion y Jira para dar trazabilidad real.2–4 años de experiencia en Customer Success,
