Services Program Manager

Are you ready to lead transformative digital programs that reshape how enterprises operate? We are looking for a Services Program Manager to lead complex PLM and CAx software implementation programs within our Professional Services organization. You will orchestrate multi-project programs, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure measurable business value for our customers. Responsibilities Lead Program Delivery– Orchestrate all program contracts, dependencies, and interfaces between projects. Monitor overall progress, address risks and scope changes proactively, and ensure on-time delivery through effective schedule and resource management. Drive Value Realization– Collaborate with Sales and Engagement Management to define program vision aligned with customer business strategy. Guide customers through value identification and planning while identifying growth opportunities. Establish Program Governance– Design and execute governance models that ensure transparency and alignment. Define program roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols across all organizational levels. Manage Program Financials– Ensure projects deliver within approved budgets and agreed margins. Review program performance regularly, provide realistic forecasts, and work with administration teams on accurate billing and revenue recognition. Lead and Develop Teams– Set clear targets with program staff, delegate responsibilities, and provide regular feedback. Support team development and collaborate with Services Management to effectively manage business partners and subcontractors. Build Organizational Capability– Contribute to firm-building activities through training delivery and best practice development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field Significant experience as a Services Program Manager in IT projects, preferably managing PLM platform implementations Consistent record leading complex corporate IT programs for large enterprises Experience managing and developing teams with advanced technical skills Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and generate solutions Self-motivated, composed, and collaborative approach to managing change and complexity Nice to have Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification Experience with Siemens Delivery Framework or similar enterprise delivery methodologies Knowledge of Digital Enterprise solutions portfolio We offer a comprehensive reward package which includes a competitive basic salary, bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance, pension, and private healthcare.
