If so, we want you to join our team at WeDoSupport on a remote basis.✅ Main Responsibilities:✔️ Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in Chinese.✔️ Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.✔️ Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.✔️ Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.✔️ Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.✔️ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.✔️ Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.✔️ Strong attention to detail.✔️ Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.✅ Why join us?
