As an SDR TL, you will have a direct and visible impact on how Preply Business grows. You’ll lead and shape a high-performing outbound SDR team that consistently generates pipeline, partners closely with Sales, and sets the standard for how we engage future customers. Through hands‑on coaching and a strong people‑first mindset, you’ll help SDRs grow in their careers while ensuring Preply reaches the right companies with the right message at the right time. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, team culture, and the scalability of our outbound motion. What you’ll be doing: Team Leadership & Development : Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to the Outbound SDR team, enhancing their skills in lead qualification, objection handling, and product knowledge. Team growth : hire and onboard SDRs by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source, interview and bring on great new talent to Preply. Onboard new joiners to ensure they are equipped to succeed in the role. Build sales pipeline : ensure the team hits pipeline generation targets by executing on the outbound SDR playbook and working on high‑priority accounts in the market you are responsible for. Lead Generation & Qualification : Oversee the generation of qualified meetings (SQL) by implementing outbound strategies and ensuring SDRs are effectively following the prospecting and accounts qualification processes. Performance Management : Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement to maximize team productivity. Collaboration : Work directly with the Sales leaders to align on market‑specific strategies. Broad SDR organization impact : Contribute to the broader SDR organization by leading initiatives and contributing to strategy and process improvements. What you need to succeed Proven experience in B2B Sales or leading an SDR team, with hands‑on exposure to outbound pipeline generation Strong understanding of B2B SaaS outbound sales motions, including cold calling and multichannel outreach Ability to coach, develop, and performance‑manage SDRs to consistently hit activity and pipeline targets Confidence working in an in‑office environment and leading by example in cold calling culture Track record of building and executing outbound strategies that result in high‑quality pipeline Comfort using sales enablement and CRM tools to track performance, analyze results, and drive improvements Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, challenge, and engage a team Proficiency in a second language is a plus (especially German or Polish) Why you’ll love it at Preply: An open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture; A generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, Learning & Development budget and time off for your self‑development; A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance; Not in Barcelona?
