Overview Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) with a strong technical background.Responsibilities Provide support for Salesforce projects and change requests from a functional standpoint.Gather and analyze business requirements and act as translator between the business and IT.Prioritize requirements based on business needs.Lead ongoing meetings required to support a project implementation, gathering critical information.Work closely with stakeholders (end users, technicians, and managers).Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.Facilitate user acceptance testing.Ensure proper documentation of the project.Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Understand/Track all enhancement requests to include detailed needs and requirements.Work closely with team and team leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solutions.Experience & Skills 5+ years w/ Salesforce experience required – Sales & Service CloudExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus (but not required)Experience with all configuration basics: roles/profiles/fields/page layouts, validation, workflow, workbench, process builder, process flow, ERP integration concepts/specsExperience with Apex, writing and supporting triggers, etc. is a plusExperience with Jira and performing in an Agile environmentUnderstanding full development cycleSalesforce certification desirable but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
