We are seeking to hire an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our CRM team As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you would work closely with the product owners and the business stakeholders and would ‍ analyze business processes, gather requirements and translate this into user stories for the engineering team. You will run further the bi-weekly sprint cadence as a Scrum Master.

**Responsibilities**:
Driving the innovative use of Salesforce as a productivity tool and business platform
- Supports Product Owners with effective product backlog management
- Supports Product Owners with meaningful reporting
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues
- Translating business requirements into user stories
- Serving as the scrum master of the sprint team
- Responsible for effective sprint execution
- Remaining current Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce-based solutions
- Working together with the enablement team to creating and updating training materials for users/groups on an ongoing basis
- Creating documentation and proactively seeking ways to continuously improve processes & procedures

**Qualifications**
- Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator certification + any other relevant certifications
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience in working in agile scrum
- Experience with Jira
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent Word and PowerPoint skills
- General knowledge of a SaaS company with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into user stories
- Proven experience of analyzing and documenting processes, procedures, and/or policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with individuals at different levels and cultural backgrounds within the organization

**Note: This role will required presence in the office under our Hybrid Model, we are in a very centric area in Madrid**
