Lead with impact, build with purpose We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to join Betsson as a Team Lead for the Gaming Area. The Gaming Area focuses on Game Play and Game Discovery across all our brands and markets, aiming to offer top gaming products and an exciting user experience. Our responsibilities include game lobbies, gaming initiatives, provider integrations, and more. What you will be working on The Gaming platform is central to our operations, supporting all gaming sites and aligning with company strategy. You will help prepare for containerization, enhance system scalability, and maintain high quality. Your work will contribute to building a scalable, multi-brand platform supporting 25+ online brands used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. What you will do Manage a team of 7-8 people, motivating, recruiting, onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and supporting personal development. Communicate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to implement business requirements. Develop products that meet business needs, utilizing modern software environments like cloud platforms and microservice architecture. Proactively develop solutions and improve processes. Participate in designing and improving application architecture, solutions, and code reviews. Recommend and discuss technologies and approaches with the team. Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure cohesive work and support. Your Skills and Experience Over 5 years of backend software development experience. At least 1 year of team management or Scrum Master experience. Minimum 3 years working with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong leadership and communication skills. Agile mindset with a focus on business goals. Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and API integrations. What does our tech stack look like?
