Our Engagement Product Development team in Malaga is growing and we are now looking for a Backend Engineering Team Lead to join Engagement at Betsson Group ensures our customers come back for more. It's all about loyalty. We provide a world class customer experience beyond the game play featuring Tournaments, Dynamic personalized campaigns and much more

**The Wow**:
As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance. As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture. You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.

**A taster of what you will be involved with**:

- People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1's.
- Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
- Software development according to modern best practices and principles.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in software development for more than 5 years
- Experience of managing teams of software engineers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Agile mindset, business goals orientation
- Excellent knowledge and experience in C#,.NET Framework, and.NET Core
