**About your mission - Make an impact -**We are looking for aFrontend Team Lead to drive the development and optimization of key TradingView pages. This leadership role is based in Malaga as part of the existing distributed frontend team. You will lead efforts to maintain high code quality, ensure best practices in UX and SEO, and develop new features.

**How You’ll Drive Success -**Lead a frontend engineering team to deliver in time high-quality, fast, and visually appealing web experiences with a strong development culture.
- Technical Leadership_
- Lead the implementation of best practices for frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure high performance, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance across the homepage and symbol pages.
- Define technical guidelines for scalable and maintainable codebases using React and TypeScript.
- Drive continuous improvement in frontend architecture and development workflows.
- Ensure that security and performance are key priorities in development.
- Development Process & Delivery Management_
- Plan and oversee frontend development tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers.
- Decompose, estimate, and track tasks.
- Identify potential risks early and create mitigation strategies.
- Team Management & Growth_
- Hire, onboard, and mentor frontend developers to establish a strong local team in Malaga.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s to support individual growth and motivation.
- Provide training and career development opportunities to enhance team competencies.

**What makes you the perfect fit**
- Technical Expertise_
- Deep knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and HTTP best practices**.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and security.
- Familiarity with **Python**.
- Experience with SEO optimization and accessibility (A11Y) standards.
- Leadership Skills_
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of frontend developers.
- Strong communication skills to align technical and business objectives.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration with product and backend teams.
- Experience_
- ** 5+ years** of experience in frontend development, with **2+ years** in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering high-quality frontend solutions.

**It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in**:

- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
- Knowledge of TradingView We also love users who become teammates

This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
