Powering Real Work The Role We're embarking on an exciting journey to elevate our global brand presence through strategic sponsorships and partnerships that connect Perk with business leaders around the world. As Partnership Manager, you'll own the day-to-day management of our flagship sports partnerships and help shape how we activate and measure success across our entire sponsorship portfolio. You'll work cross-functionally with brand, content, sales, and leadership teams to ensure every partnership delivers measurable brand and business impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves translating big-brand strategy into flawless execution, balancing creative activation with commercial outcomes. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day relationship and delivery of our flagship sports partnership, ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.Own the activation calendar, ensuring all deliverables (branding, content, digital, on-site) are delivered to a world-class standard and aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with marketing, content, and comms teams to integrate partnership storytelling into campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.Partner with Sales and Customer teams to identify opportunities to engage key clients through sponsorship activations.Develop and manage budgets, track ROI, and provide regular performance insights to leadership. Explore and evaluate future partnership opportunities across sports, media, and cultural spaces that align with our brand.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we maintain a leading presence. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or brand marketing, ideally with exposure to major brand collaborations in high profile international sports.Proven track record managing complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders and measurable outcomes.Strong project management skills — organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with high visibility initiatives.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence managing senior relationships.A strategic mindset paired with hands-on energy to make things happen.A passion for brand-building and creating partnerships that genuinely drive business growth.
