The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Partnerships Lead
to lead and deliver a six-month program of communications and partnership activations for a global brand. This role requires strong project management, client servicing, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to oversee complex multi-market campaigns and ensure seamless execution across diverse deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
The
Partnerships Lead
will be responsible for managing and delivering the following project streams:
Account Management Services (Months 1–6)
Provide day-to-day account management and client servicing.
Track KPIs including client feedback and satisfaction metrics.
Content Series (Months 1–4)
Oversee production of a 4–8 edisode digital content series with effective brand integration.
Coordinate with Brand Content Managers and Talent Agencies to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Partnership Engagement Programme (Months 2–3)
Develop and implement a Partnership Engagement program to generate earned media value.
Measure success via media impressions and Brand Ambassador satisfaction.
Partnership Assessment (Months 5–6)
Deliver a comprehensive assessment of the Partnership after its first 12 months.
- Analyze post-event reporting and YouGov survey results.
Provide strategic recommendations on renewal for a third year.
Ambassador Concierge Programme (Months 2–4)
Upgrade concierge services for Brand Ambassadors to improve satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Market Tiering & Localization (Months 1–6)
Define additional markets for Partnership support.
- Lead workshops for localization strategy and support select markets in activations.
Deliver Market Activation Guide 2.0.
Partnership Activation – Barcelona (Months 2–4)
Coordinate event setup, branding, and content capture in collaboration with the Spanish Market team.
Audit current agency setup and propose evolved ways of working.
Partnership Activation Guide 2.0 (Months 1–2)
Revise and release toolkit including booth visuals, event branding, program templates, and Central-Local WoWs.
Hospitality (Months 1–5)
Define compliant hospitality strategy and coordinate hospitality activity
Identify agency setup for day-to-day hospitality management.
Partnerships Agency Management & SOWs (Months 1–6)
Audit current agency setup, evolve Statements of Work, and manage agency relationships.
Partnerships Strategy (Months 5–6)
Develop and deliver strategic assessment with independent recommendations on leveraging partnerships to build brand desire and drive quality trial.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in account management within communications, PR, or marketing agencies.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across international markets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in global sports partnerships, brand activations, or event management is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess performance and provide strategic recommendations.
