In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing a team of customer service agents, and driving excellent service for our German-speaking customers.This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of German-speaking customer service agentsEnsure smooth daily operations of the call center, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance performance and customer satisfactionOversee call center activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsHandle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex service issuesAnalyze call center metrics and generate reports for senior managementDevelop strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiencyFoster a positive, collaborative, and motivated work environmentCollaborate with other departments (e.g. HR, Training, Operations) to optimize call center processesWhat We’re Looking For: Fluency in German (C2 level) – both spoken and writtenGood command of English (B2 or higher) for communication with management and other departmentsProven experience in a Call Center Manager or similar leadership roleStrong understanding of call center metrics, KPIs, and operational processesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to inspire, manage, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environmentExperience with call center software, CRM tools, and reporting systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)A customer-focused approach with a passion for improving service deliveryEU work permit or valid Spanish work authorizationWhat We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesPrivate health insuranceProfessional development and leadership trainingCareer progression opportunities within a global companyA dynamic, international team environmentModern office in the heart of Barcelona with excellent amenitiesRegular team-building activities and wellness initiativesWorking Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/weekMonday to Friday (business hours, with occasional flexibility required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
