Tareas We're looking for a Marketing Project lead to turn our proven playbooks into scalable, repeatable growth. You'll make sure offline campaigns, events, and launches run seamlessly and look damn good doing it. You'll work hand in hand with Marta, our Marketing Manager, Guillem, CEO & Co-founder, the Sales team, and our network of trusted external partners and freelancers. This role isn't about defining strategy, it's about making it happen. You'll coordinate, organize, and execute to keep the marketing engine moving at full speed. What You'll Do Campaign Operations (60%) Execute and coordinate creative and demand-gen offline campaigns. Ensure the sales team has everything they need (assets, tools, content) to close faster. Keep everyone aligned and campaigns on track — no detail too small. Events & Community (20%) Run 2–3 major events per year that put Konvo on the map. Coordinate monthly community meetups that connect and inspire eCommerce leaders. Work closely with partners and clients to make each activation unforgettable. Content & Brand Amplification (20%) Turn campaigns and events into content that spreads — stories people want to share. Support the creation of assets and materials that showcase what we're building at Konvo. Requisitos 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or similar roles. Proven track record coordinating and executing events or brand activations. Comfortable managing multiple projects and external partners at once. Technical Skills Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or other automation platforms (nice to have, not mandatory). Understanding of campaign operations, timelines, and reporting basics. Mindset & Behaviors (the most important) Thrive in fast-paced, creative environments where speed matters more than hierarchy. Can turn plans into action and keep projects moving without waiting for perfect conditions. Love making things happen — always with a plan B ready.
