We are seeking a dedicated, friendly and dynamic Program Assistant for our Undergraduate Programs at IE Law School. The Program Assistant is the cornerstone of daily operations, serving as the first point of contact for students and professors. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our programs and contributing to an enriching academic environment.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
Your role as Program Assistant will involve:
- Support Students and Faculty : Provide daily assistance to students and professors, addressing queries and offering guidance.
- Manage Communication : Handle a high volume of emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to student inquiries.
- Coordinate Across Departments : Liaise with various departments (Registrar, Planning, Careers) to streamline program operations.
- Maintain Databases : Compile and update student information databases regularly.
- Prepare Reports : Assist in the preparation and editing of internal reports.
- Process Expenses : Handle expense reports efficiently.
- Assist in Event Planning : Support the planning and execution of events and projects throughout the academic year.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service : Have a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a multicultural setting.
- Communication Skills : Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be fluent in English.
- Technical Proficiency : Be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Skills : Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, with a proven track record in managing customer interactions.
- Adaptability : Thrive in a busy environment, capable of multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work.
- Team Player : Work well within a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
