About The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for anOutler Manager (Infinity Pool)position to join ourF&B DepartmentinJumeirah Mallorca.The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are Lead daily operations at the Infinity Pool F&B outlet, ensuring seamless service, efficient teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences. Uphold and enforce Jumeirah Food & Beverage standards, coaching staff to deliver consistent quality and service excellence. Monitor food and beverage quality, proactively address guest feedback, and resolve complaints to maintain luxury standards. Drive outlet profitability by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective improvement measures. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures while fostering efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement. About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Proven experience managing a high-end F&B outlet, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service. Solid understanding of F&B operations, quality control, and guest satisfaction management. Experience driving profitability through performance analysis, cost control, and process improvements. Knowledge of health, safety, and operational procedures, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
