About The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a
Associate Director
position to join our
F&B Department
in
Jumeirah Mallorca.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  • Assume the Director's duties in their absence and support daily operations of the F&B division, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
  • Support staffing functions including hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, coaching, and handling colleague concerns.
  • Oversee inventory, beverage, and store requisitions, collaborating with Outlet Managers and Cost Controller to optimize costs and quality.
  • Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Al least 2–3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing teams in luxury hospitality environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
