That's why we're looking for aSales & Business Development Managerwho will help us expand our reach, build meaningful partnerships, and grow our impact in Spain and beyond. The Role This is aflexible, commission-based positionwith huge potential for growth. You'll be at the heart of our expansion in Barcelona, helping AURA reach new audiences, build strong client relationships, and eventually scale into new cities and countries. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, passionate about music and wellness, and motivated by the idea of building something special from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up onincoming client orders and inquiries. Communicate effectively withexisting clientsto maintain strong relationships. Reach out to and engage withpotential clients and partners. Drivebusiness development initiativesto expand into new sectors and industries. Identify opportunities forpartnerships, collaborations, and revenue growth. What We're Looking For Fluent in English &Spanish;Catalanstrongly preferred. Preferably Autónomo/Freelancer to invoice us Passionate aboutmusic, wellness, or both. Entrepreneurial mindset, you enjoy taking initiative and creating opportunities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Sales-oriented, proactive, and motivated by results. Based in Barcelona or nearby.
