Snapshot of What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for an HR Lead Iberia , a strategic, hands‑on role with real impact and close partnership with the Iberia leadership team.ResponsibilitiesLead the full HR agenda across Spain and Portugal, owning the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, reporting and HR projects.Partner with leaders: coach the GM and leadership team on performance, engagement, culture and organizational decisions.Ensure strong local compliance and high‑quality HR operations (payroll/benefits via external partners).Drive talent attraction and growth: lead hiring and onboarding, build a standout candidate experience, and drive learning & development.Use data to improve: keep Workday and people metrics sharp, spot trends, and turn insights into better decisions.Lead change: implement global HR initiatives locally and continuously improve processes and employee experience.QualificationsDegree/Master’s in HR, Psychology, Law or Business Administration.5+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles.Experience in multinational, matrix environments.Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and familiarity with Portuguese labor law.Payroll coordination experience with external providers.Advanced Workday knowledge (preferred) and Office 365.Solid capability in people data, analytics and reporting.Ability to translate global HR policies into effective local practice.Project management and cross‑functional coordination.Strong communication, influence and stakeholder management.Autonomy, speed, ownership and results orientation.Resilience and change leadership.High ethics, confidentiality and discretion.Internal customer focus and true People First mindset.BenefitsCompetitive salary + Bonus.Private health insurance.Pension plan.Life insurance.Parking space.Do You Align With Our Values?We value doing the right thing.We value creating positive lasting memories in all our relationships.We value making it better than it is today.We value succeeding as a Tribe while excelling as individuals.We value owning it and passionately acting on it.We value sustaining the WD‑40 Company economy.We invite you to apply adding a COVER LETTER to explain why you are the right candidate and how you will make the difference and sending them to #J-18808-Ljbffr
