Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development across assigned European markets. Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within life sciences, pharma, and related industries. Build and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.

Act as an Individual Contributor while also handling and supervising a team member. Mentor team members and collaborate in a dotted-line reporting structure with team. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Operate across multiple offices or centres of excellence within the city/region.

Travel to client sites and company locations as required. Education (Mandatory) Graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

Experience

Requirements 5+ years of total sales experience. Minimum 2+ years of sales experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.

Experience

in translation or language services is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in sales and prospecting tools such as: ZoomInfo Required Skill Set Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and client-facing abilities. Confident, professional, and persuasive conversational style.

Well-presented and relationship oriented. Work Conditions Hybrid or fully remote working model. European travel up to 20–30%. Combination of Individual Contributor and Team Handling responsibilities.
