Hydro Precision Tubing – Sales Manager Join Hydro – a global leader in aluminium solutions – as we expand our industrial and electrical high‑voltage Busbar business across Europe. Hydro Precision Tubing, part of Hydro’s Extrusion business, operates four sites in Southern Denmark and serves automotive and industrial customers worldwide. With 450 employees, we deliver lightweight, efficient, and sustainable aluminium solutions that make a real difference for businesses, society, and the environment. Responsibilities Drive new business development for aluminium‑based electrical and high‑voltage solutions. Grow Hydro’s industrial segment in Europe through targeted, value‑based sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers. Align commercial initiatives closely with the Sales Director and internal engineering teams. Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions. Profile 3–4+ years of experience in the industrial high‑voltage market. Deep knowledge of the European industrial and electrical market landscape. Documented success in managing international customers and complex accounts. Strong negotiation and communication skills. A self‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results. Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage). Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe. Practical details for the Sales Manager position Workplace: Remote / Europe. Travel: Approx. 60–100 days per year. Start: As soon as possible.
