Quieres liderar el montaje de una nueva Business Unit en España y convertirte en Team Lead? Buscamos al / la comercial que inicie esta actividad, conquiste el mercado AEC (Arquitectura, Ingeneria, Construcción) y, a largo plazo, asuma el liderazgo (Team Lead) del equipo local. Este puesto evoluciona naturalmente hacia el de SDR Team lead nacional (tan rápido como construyas tu portoflio). Completamente respaldado por el Grupo (1300 empleados, 18 países), recibirás formación, recursos y un ecosistema de clientes existentes por el mundo del que ya puedes aprovechar : menos llamadas en frío y más presentaciones calidas Coloborarás directamente con la Global Sales Director, una persona muy exitosa en su area Principalmente hablarás y conseguirás reuniones con BIM Manager, IT Manager, Arquitectos (Entre otros, por supuesto) Tienes un perfil comercial y, sobre todo, conoces el ecosistema de software AEC y comprensión de los retos del sector de la construcción en un entorno comercial Buscan alguien que habla Inglés con fluidez para la coordinación interna y clientes internacionales Lo que ofrecemos: Liderar en montar una unidad de negocio con leads / clientes ya calientes de otras divisiones (menos llamadas frías). El Salario : 60K€ OTE ( 40 fijo + 20K variable. Garantizan el 50% de tu variable los primeros 3 meses para que arranques sin presión.
