This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and cybersecurity while providing exceptional service to customers. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in addressing their inquiries and concerns while communicating effectively in Danish. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries relating to cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat in Danish. Provide clear and detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage. Assist customers with technical queries and support issues related to cybersecurity applications. Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries. Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity to effectively support customers. Requirements Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT sectors. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues. Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and general IT applications is desirable. Willingness to relocate or work in Greece, along with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
