We are now looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team in Barcelona . You’ll become part of an international environment where you’ll support customers, provide technical guidance, and ensure an outstanding service experience. What you will do As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Handle customer calls through the CRM agent portal. Create quotations and process orders using the SAP system. Communicate delivery times and updates to customers. Offer basic product advice based on customer needs (catalogue knowledge). Provide first-level technical assistance and help customers identify the right products and services. What we are looking for We welcome team players who are curious, motivated, and eager to help others succeed. You are a great match if you: Are a native or proficient Danish speaker with advanced English skills . Have completed at least high school education. Have an interest in the technical field and are motivated to commit to the project for at least two years. Are customer-oriented , have strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset. Enjoy problem-solving and delivering a high level of service.
