Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to resolve IT-related inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat in Danish
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them in using IT products and services effectively
  • Educate clients on software features, updates, and best practices to enhance user experience
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed customer assistance

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the IT support sector, is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service technologies
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate customers in different time zones
