TÉCNICO/A CX (CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE) Descripción del puesto Buscamos una persona proactiva, con capacidad para generar impacto, que combine habilidades de marketing y creación de contenido con orientación a la mejora de la experiencia del cliente. No es necesario contar con experiencia previa específica en experiencia de cliente, pero sí motivación para aprender y aportar valor en este ámbito. Responsabilidades principales  Creación y Edición de distintos contenidos sobre Cliente y Experiencia de Cliente a través de diferentes soportes, tanto a nivel interno como externo (textos, imágenes, presentaciones). Diseño y Difusión de materiales utilizando herramientas de edición gráfica y audiovisual. Gestión y Seguimiento de indicadores y métricas relacionadas con la experiencia y satisfacción del cliente. Elaboración de Presentaciones para diferentes públicos internos y externos. Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares para impulsar iniciativas orientadas a la mejora de la experiencia del cliente. PERFIL REQUERIDO Formación Titulación académica mínima: Grado en Marketing, Comunicación, ADE o similar. Valorable Formación complementaria relacionada con Experiencia de Cliente o metodologías Customer Centric. Conocimientos Informáticos: Ofimática e Internet nivel Avanzado. Conocimientos de Idiomas: Nivel de Inglés alto hablado y escrito. Experiencia profesional Experiencia en puestos relacionados con marketing, creación de contenido, comunicación interna/externa, etc. Valorable experiencia y/o conocimientos en Experiencia de Cliente. Competencias y habilidades Conocimientos sólidos en marketing y comunicación. Manejo de herramientas de edición (Canva, Power Point, Photoshop, u otras similares). Habilidad para redacción persuasiva y storytelling. Experiencia en diseño de presentaciones impactantes. Capacidad para trabajar con indicadores y análisis básico de datos. Proactividad, creatividad y organización. Condiciones laborales: Retribución: € (bruto anual) Jornada completa Tipo de contrato: Fomento de Empleo para personas con discapacidad de un año de duración.
