We are looking for a User Experience Expert to facilitate participatory design, design sprints, and conversational design. You will conduct user research, both quantitative and qualitative, including field studies, usability studies, and user requirement research.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate participatory design, design sprints, and conversational design.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and field studies.
- Create task flows and perform heuristic evaluations.
- Synthesize UX research, web analytics, surveys, and organizational objectives.
- Present findings and write UX reports.
- Provide UX training, guidance, and knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to align organizational goals with user needs.
**Education**:
- EQF Level 7 in Computer Science or Business.
**Required Experience & Skills**:
- Experience as a UX consultant, UX researcher, or digital communicator.
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to work across industries.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite XD, or equivalents.
- Understanding of web technologies and standards (HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics).
- Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design.
