The Omnichannel HCP Portal User Experience (OCPUX) will be responsible for creating a one Pfizer user experience strategy, optimizing Pfizer virtual interactions with HCPs through

Pfizer website and ensuring the best user experience for our customers.

Key Activities
- Define the Pfizer website information architecture
- Responsible for designing the website editorial calendar plan
- Set annual targets for the Pfizer website performance (new registrations, unique visitors, sessions, conversion rate, goal completions, etc.)
- Responsible for following up and improving the website metrics
- Design and implement campaigns to increase traffic and leads
- Responsible for optimizing Pfizer websites in order to make it indexable/readable for search engines (tagging optimization, pictures, links, etc.)
- Keep Pfizerpro content accurate and updated
- Create user stories, personas and storyboards
- Conduct user research and competitivity analysis
- Use research data to determine what users want
- Conduct usability testing’s
- Support Omnichannel and cross-functional teams in the roll out of new Pfizerpro functionalities, releases and/or upgrading’s
- Work with commercial, marketing and medical teams to ensure optimization of new Pfizerpro functionalities
- Work in close collaboration with Omnichannel Content Strategy Manager for looking for cross brand & cross BU content synergies and optimizing content for SEO and paid media
- Work with Omnichannel Intelligence role to convert insights from reports and analytics in better Pfizer websites UX
- Gain continuous qualitative feedback from CFCs and marketing teams

- Tailored content: Customers will find/receive preferred content optimized by channel
- Homogenized channel experience across BU contributing to consolidate a One Pfizer Customer experience
- Identify gaps in meeting customer expectations & needs in key interest areas (content or information)

- Reinforce Pfizer as a strong company in quality digital and other interactions
- Content Optimization across brands and BUs
- Channel optimization to better knowledge of customer’s preferences so we can continue delivering added value interactions
- Optimize customer interactions by channel (avoid XBU overlapping)
- BU CBL’s focus on brand & customer strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required and experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong business acumen, comprehension of digital and non-digital channels, customer centric marketing
- Strong online pharma marketing experience
- Expertise in UX/UI design
- Web analytics management
- SEO positioning
- Web design expertise, CMS, HTML, Javascript, etc.
- Basic concepts of copywriting and content strategies
- Project management skills & ability to handle multiple projects from different BUs
- Good communication & problems-solving skills
- Teamwork skills
